Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy and may result in:

Immediate and permanent account termination

Blacklisting of associated wallets and device identifiers

Denial of future access to our services

We vigorously contest all chargebacks to protect our platform and users.
